how much is a 90' 7-up worth

Hi,
I"m looking at a 90' 7-up edition with 130k miles, 5-spd for $4300. The convertible top motor needs to be replaced and some very minor interior work needed.
Is this worth this money?

    An often overlooked feature of the ebay auction tracking on this site is the history that is stored. Although it might not be obvious, auction history is tracked for 1990 7-up cars here . There are links to the actual auctions for anything less than 90 days old and links to my database for anything older. This kind of historical information might be helpful in your decision making.
