I think if this is the real deal its a pretty good deal. Its a 5-speed!
140K miles..

    Looks a little rough to me but the pics are not great. I would ask him to send you more pics of the interior and the top. Both are pretty expensive to get sorted properly. Also the rims are toast if they are the 92's painted black. Not sure if you can still remove the black and save the pearl underneath.

    Now if you were looking for one to play with, put new rims (ie Cobra R's in white :D ) lower it, and put on a nice exhaust, I would offer him $3K and see if he takes it. This would let you keep your pristine stocker in shape and the 5 spd to toss around.

    As a 5 spd owner, and nothing against the automatic, but it's SO MUCH FUN winding through the gears with the top down and the exhaust rumbling. Then as you approach a stop sign, dropping in down in the gears is just sweet.

    Offer him a low price, maybe he will bite, and then enjoy it....it's a feature you dont have to worry about looking at the odometer cringing as the miles rack up.
