"Fast orange" hand cleaner works great! wipe with a wet cloth afterward to get off excess residue, or use it before you are going to wash your Stang. Then use a protectant such as "blue magic top cleaner".
Fast orange also works good on the white door panels, but also use a interior protectant afterward.
