Good question......I am getting a new top for my 92 and also have the same question. I just want to make sure I get as accurate a color as possible. With this a summer toy at this point, this should be the cars last top so I want it correct.

There never was a hardtop for the fox. I use to own a 95 Cobra cobra with the hardtop (hence the screen name cobra2top that has stuck for years!) and that was a pretty neat set up. The problem Ford could not make them work on the production lines …

Remember the 92's are painted pearlesence and not white. There is a slight color difference then the 93's pure white.

I just checked mine and I do have black piping on the rear seat upper. It's hidded because the seatbelt hides most of it. (it is only on the sides) See pic of mine:The more I think about it the more I would think the wheels are the same. I do not see Ford engineering a new wheel for 93 when that was the last model year of the Fox. By 93 they were looking ahead to the SN95, so I would think unless there was …(Quote)
The steering wheels in the 90 - 93 should be the same. All had the airbag and look the same. The only possible difference I can think about would be if it was wrapped in leather. I think the 4cyl's did not have leather.
Very nice! Back in 93 I almost bought the exact same car, color combo and all......Looking back, wish I had bought it!!Hate to say it but 20 ft under water,sand....part it.South Jersey.....actually bought my feature from North Jersey this Spring.(Quote)

The key to the kit is their ZFX flash cure accelerator. When I did my Cobra back in 2000 they did not have the accelerator. It meant putting on the wax, waiting a few hours (depending on humitidy) until it dried, and then w…Yes, all 87-89 had the large headrest. The 90-93 had the smaller versions. Also 87-91 had the knee bolster that could slide in and out. The 92-93 did not have this feature.

The Zaino waxes are really pretty amazing....I have not used them in years and forgot how much work is involved. I enjoyed it…My 92 also does not have the rear switch. The 92 - 93's did not have a switch. The 90 and 91's had the switch within the speaker grill. 87 - 89 did not have speaker grills and in it's place a small arm rest.
Hope this helps.

I do love driving the thing and not worried about putting the miles on it. My last Mustang was a 95 Cobra Vert with the hardtop (1 of 499). I loved that car but hated putting any miles on it because of the rarity. Looking …
