Heater Core Question
Hey gang...are the heater cores used in the '93 Mustangs as prone to failure over time like the early fox cores were?
Both my '82 and '85 GT's with low miles have been bypassed for years...the '82's blew out in the 90's and my '85 started showing trickle signs of a leak in 2011 so I bypassed it as a preventative. If the '93's are just as problematic I will probably bypass it on my Feature as well. With only 2,500 miles and limited driving, I don't really need heat and hate the thought of antifreeze puking on the still new carpet.
