Do you mean the base piece that the boot would clip on to?

If so, I know of a source that lists:

F3ZZ-76423A19AAF $115.00 87-93 Conv. belt mldg at top well LH - for yellow feature car - can be painted black

The "can be painted black" makes me cringe. But, if that's what you need to do...
