All black or brght center locks on a 93 TWF?

edited April 2008 in Feature Mustangs
I need to replace the locks on my 93 Triple White Feature. Just wondering if the original equipment was "Black with Bright Center" or "All Black"???

My old ones look like there may have been black in the centers befroe it was rubbed off from using the key.

They're listed here:

Thanks! You folks are great!

  • My garage is not well lit (it's almost dark right now) so it is very hard to tell. So, I took a couple of pictures to hopefully help out. One with flash and one without because photographing with a flash can remove a lot of detail. I included part of the black door handle as a reference.

There may be a third option; stainless. I'm pretty sure there is no black on mine at all. They are not bright like the ones I linked to but do appear very tarnished.

I wouldn't make any decisions just based on mine, though. Hopefully, others can chime in.

  • Mine have no black either...
  • Thanks!

Well, unless I hear different from anyone else (anyone else look???), I guess I'm going with the Black surround with the brushed (silver) centers...

    Anyone?
