ashtray door fix ?

I want to keep the stock look. Any suggestions for a fix ? I think the spring fell into the console.

Mavromont makes an ashtray fix kit. I see that Latemodel Resto offers it.

I have also seen just the spring for sale on ebay too.

When mine broke, I ordered it from LRS and it looks great... They sell a rebuild kit that comes with all the springs and even a reinforcement metal plate so it won't break again!
