Has anyone installed subframe connectors?

I have heard that the ride quality of convertibles greatly improves with full length subframe connectors ((they are a lengthy pair of 5ft box tubing that connectes the front subframe to the rear torque boxes.) They cure typical convertible flexing... i was wondering if anyone has them and whats involved in installing them....

    Installation is pretty simple, but unless you are a skilled welder, I have heard it is best left up to the professionals. I looked at doing my own installation with a borrowed welder, but got scared that I might burn through the frame rails, or worse, start a fire-so I decided not to.

    I have driven several fox's that have the rails installed and they REALLY make the ride better. Well worth the money, especially for the heavily modified mustang.

    I'm still debating on whether to alter my limited-think I'm leaning toward keeping it bone stock and original. Let me know how you like them if you get them installed.
