Is It Possible To Get New Vehicle Certification Labels?

As it says above, I'm trying to get a new VCL for my 93 LX. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There is a site www.ecsvin.com that can reproduce your labels. They are a bit pricey but from what I have seen well worth it. Take care.
