lighted door lock/window switches?

Hi folks, my pass. side door lock switch is acting up, i'm going to replace it...but for some reason I remember seeing lighted switches somewhere. Is this correct, or is it my imagination?

For some reason using Taurus switches rings a bell...i think those were lighted? I could very well be wrong but I figured I'd ask.
