It's a pretty common problem. My 92 has the same thing and the previous owner tried to paint it and it only made it worst. I think this winter when top down weather is over here in the northeast I am going to have them painted correctly

Ryan, the leather does stink on these. I just had my leathers replaced and the new although look factory correct are so much thicker feeling, it really is night and day. Maybe the cows in 2009 are fatter then they were in 1992!!!!!

I think Tim ended up selling the car after it was picked over. I ended up getting a few pieces for my feature and then i believe it was sold.
Not sure if he is on here as he bought a notchback in it's place. -

Well I got the car back this afternoon and I could not be happier! It's amazing to ride in new seats. I am shocked how "flat" the old foam was. I guess 17 years will do that!
