all fox convertibles were hardtops....at one time....
I'm guessing they were chucked after they were cut off, lol.

Autochecks now cost money for those who list a lot of cars (i.e. dealers)--not sure how many before not free anymore.

Sounds interesting. It's hard to believe these cars will ever bring the big bucks that yesteryear muscle cars brought. If value goes up, that would make holding on to the matching # trans and engine more important. I guess I wouldn't just give th…

Here are pictures. I have included a close up of the imperfections. Of course, they seem huge on the screen, but barely perceptible head on in real life.

Not a problem. Will try to get some pics up by end of the weekend

Yeah. I think you just have to do whatever works. If putting in the side plastic tabs and then trying to snap the buttons works easier, go that route. It's usually a pretty tight fit with some tugging. I do know from two fox verts that trying to…

There is a write up on another mustang forum on how to repair the sagging map pockets--should be easy to find on a search.

I know there's a diagram of how to install it floating around somewhere--may be on the boot carrying case sleeve. It says to fit the front plastic tab in first to the metal groove that runs over the back seats. In practice, I have found it takes a…

Good points. I haven't yet gotten into the stockpiling of parts I may or may not need. It's hard to outlay the cash, although I do see them come up for sale here and there.

You know, I was looking at that picture of them all lined up in formation and for some reason it was making me think of Star Wars--"Gold leader, checking in." "White leader, checking in."
Nice shot wedge.awesome--thanks for posting! Can you describe any of them--esp the concours driven (mileage, condition, etc). I'm not too surprised by the #. A lot of feature mustangs (and other convertibles for that matter) in Florida.
Congrats on your win.I have a '12. I am storing both original mats, but have aftermarkets in both my cars. FWIW the mats in the '12 are about 2" longer and wider than the feature mats. I took the rear mat out of the '12--it does not fit in the feature rear--too big.I'm sure they would take it down if you complained.Nice. Love the pics of the two side by side--now that's some brotherly bonding right there!(Quote)
Maybe. I see mid 20's for the right collector. 30 might be much. It's just a museum piece or trailer concours now. Still, would like to know the history behind it and see pics.
Lowest mile feature I've ever seen.Nice. Glad you're here! Looks like a decorated garage in the background? Where are you located?(Quote) It's the usual argument. No respecting financial planner would promote vehicles for investment. Some beat the odds at auction time, most do not. I have broken even on my last two mustangs (each owned for about 2 years), and by break ev…Hmmm, "ended by the seller b/c the item was sold" with just a few minutes before the end of the auction. The fishy smell continues.I took some to a copier store and they did a fine job copying them in color for me--not sure how they make the middles come out well, but try your local shop and do a couple of test pages?I couldn't find a part number on my black ones. There are 3 screws going into the rear well. There is a LHB or RHB ("left hand back" maybe) code on them. May not be factory or may be just a dealer add on.
