reserve not met? What the heck do they think they're going to get for it? I've never seen a fox mustang hit 30k, although i guess it's possible.

Well, the TW on Barrett Jackson went for 11,500. Very similar to yours in mileage. Add a 10% (i think) buyers premium and you have a car in the high 12k range.

Sorry, as the OP I kind lost track of this thread and didn't see some of the good replies.
I'm going to try the 3m solution as well. I did have a rear quarter window motor repaired this summer and somewhere in that I talked with someone… -
Nice job! Must be a great feeling to fix it yourself.

If mine did, it's long gone (as the 5th owner).

*Whistle* that wheel looks pristine.
As for no center caps, agree they are rare too, but why not just paint the silver caps to match?--cheaper than painting 4 silver 5 star ponies. -
I brought it up in my post too...seemed to have died there.

I think Stangfan might have a better method. I've used Raggtop cleaner and protectant. Seems to work ok. The stains are hard to get out though.

not bad, not blowing the socks off either.
Curious as to whether this one rolled across the stage on TV? Guessing it was a first day car. Anyone know? -
Forgot to include our favorite--"LILRED" but this was taken for us as well (we still call it lil' red anyway though).
Maybe, LILYELO ??? Good luck with your choice--let us know!!in 1993 Canary Yellow Custom License Plate Ideas? Comment by gokstate74 September 2010

I've read on other forums it's kind of a bear to do--i.e. cutting out the existing hinge pin with a dremel drill, pounding in the new ones, then not having them match your car paint color. The kits are easy to find on LMR and not expensive though.<…

Here's the new bushing ready to go on (courtesy of latemodelresto). And finally, the finished part put back on.
Used lithium grease to grease the door catch and the door hinges (which really needed). Good to go!I had googled some forums and through hard luck was told that the piece that the bolt goes into in the frame can fall down after removing the bolt--necessitating removing interior panels to get it back (and adding lots of time to the project!). Our does. Came with them (from dealer?). I like em, though many here don't.Now it appears you are selling your car on ebay?I have Grundy worldwide--insure it for whatever you want--as long as you can answer a couple of statements that it is not your primary driver. Very, very, very reasonable. I can't believe how easy it is--makes me think it won't last.
I…Very cool story. And funny to see that a "random" sighting on the road was actually car show related. Very rare to see features on the road. One way to "indirectly tell" is the price going up on the survivors. I haven't spotted a feature car on the road--I've only been looking though for a couple of years. Can't wait--the before and after pics will be amazing!(Quote) Thanks, to you as well!
We celebrated our day with a 2nd place win at the car show for our '92 feature. Our 2nd car show ever, and our first time placing! Woohoo! I think my wife is a little happier now losing our garage to…I love those GTO's, I don't think you'll be disappointed in the slightest.
