thanks! I'll try the white lithium grease. Even with just wd40 i noticed a big difference with the top...smoother operation and less noisy.

Yep, those are it but they appear to be for 'regular' stangs with black moldings. I guess i can have them painted but would much prefer moldings already with the right shade. -
