I fully agree with that but I was surprised when I looked at the registration statistics I have to date. Although, they may not be an accurate assessment of all feature cars though since only about 5% of all feature cars have regis… -
Hi Kim,
Thanks for the post. I would like to start planning something but I haven't had any idea of where to start. I had thought about contacting MCA to see if we could do something with them. But, I like the idea of Carlisle, too. Do y… -
I don't have that information myself. I bet that it is something Terry McCoy would know since he has all the build statistics for the feature cars

You would need to use some photo editing software to reduce the size. A lot of times that type of software comes with a digital camera. If you reduce to 800 x 600 pxels it should be less than 50k. If you want, you can send the originals to me and I …

I just found some time to look into this. The "Mustang 5.0 Technical Reference and Performance Handbook" lists the following:
Engine: 5.0L V8; Transmission: manual; Standard Rear Axle: 2.73:1; Optional Rear Axle: 3.08:1
Engine: 5.0… -

I don't know if every option was available on feature cars but from information I have gathered from the registry I know the following:

Thanks for the pics.
Regarding head rests, I have only see the black stitching on black but I agree that the yellow stitching must look better. -
It seems unlikely that the inside would wear and not the outside. Do you have a picture?

Chris, check your email. I sent you some pictures. I don't know about the spoiler mounting as I can't open my trunk right now. My battery is out of the car for the winter.
I hope they help. -
OEM or is aftermarket OK? I have some potential sources listed in the FAQ.

No problem Greg. I'm glad you could get some use out of this forum. I saw your white car on ebay. I was sad that you might be getting out of these cars altogether until you just reminded us that you have the yellow one.

Looks like this is really close or already available. I spotted one on ebay which prompted me to check back with theGood tip on the A/C. That's something my father told me years ago, too. In fact, given that 95% of my driving is with the top down I use the same guideline in the summer and run the A/C occasionally even with the top down just to keep it going. Thanks Tom.
I hate to admit it but I have still yet to get mine put away. I've just been too busy. I have Friday off so that sounds like a good idea for that day.

Thanks for joining in and providing an update on the diecast car. Many of us have waited a long time for something like it! It looks really good from the pictures on your web page.
If you firm up the release date fee…It's sounds like you are not yet ready to write her off. That's a good sign.
